Already fans of WillPowder’s electrolytes, we tried their Chicken Bone Broth Soup — and quickly realised it’s one of those quietly brilliant staples that just makes life easier.
I first came across WillPowder through their electrolytes, which have been a regular in my post-lunch slump routine for a while now. So when we spotted their Chicken Bone Broth Soup, curiosity got the better of us — and we’re glad it did.
Bone broth is something we already use, usually stirred into meals (you can find our favourites here), but this felt like a very natural next step. It’s warming, nourishing and incredibly easy to fit into an everyday life full of balancing family life with work life and managing a little me-time in there too, especially on days when you want something comforting but not heavy.

What really stands out is the texture. It’s smooth, well-balanced and satisfying, without that grainy or gloopy feel some powdered soups or shakes can have. Best of all, it doesn’t need endless whisking or effort just add hot water, give it a quick stir, and it’s ready. No lumps, no fuss. And a big win as you don’t have to get the blender out. And wash it… etc…
The taste is properly savoury and genuinely enjoyable not medicinal or overly salty. The chicken is comforting and classic, while the range also includes mushroom and tomato, offering easy variety depending on what you’re in the mood for. All three work just as well as a quick lunch on busy days as it does alongside meals when you want to quietly add a bit more goodness without overthinking it. It’s also more filling than you’d expect, getting me through to tea with the demading 7-year old no problem, which makes it ideal when you need something light but sustaining.
At its core is real chicken bone broth, alongside collagen and a thoughtful blend of vegetables, herbs and seasoning. It delivers all the benefits people look for in bone broth, supporting gut health, joints and overall wellbeing but in a format that feels familiar and comforting, especially if drinking bone broth on its own isn’t really your thing.
Simple, nourishing and genuinely easy to enjoy. Proof that bone broth doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.
