How would you describe yourself (and what you do):
I’m a personal transformation and mindset coach.
What is your favourite thing about your life/career?
I get to meet the most amazing people and watch them grow and flourish. Clients have started new businesses, given up the day job, moved abroad and are yachting at weekends. Clients have taken the plunge and gone cold water swimming, wing walking, flying to LA to speak. Clients are redesigning their lives!
How do you define wellbeing?
Wellbeing for me is feeling in my body and soul calm, joy, peace and happiness. Wellbeing is nourishing my soul and celebrating my unique spirit.
What is your advice to people who want to improve their wellbeing? Do what you love, celebrate yourself, demonstrate self-kindness always, plan in time for self-care and stick to it… nudge yourself to the top of the list… you’re showing others how to treat you and your showing your beautiful children that it’s ok to look after themselves and be kind to themselves. Wellbeing is dropping into your body and really FEELING life.
If you could choose to do/be anything for a day, what would it be?
I would speak on the Mindvalley stage “No Dream is Too Big … whoever you are!” and have lunch with Vishen Lakhiani whilst discussing my business idea of bringing The Universe Café to every major city in the world!
What is your pet peeve?
Queue jumpers.
Do you have a family motto or life lesson you would like to share with us?
