I don't know about you but I am always looking for great ways to get my little ones outdoors...
So, here are a few ideas just in case you get as stuck, as I sometimes do, for ideas.
The Den Kit Company
The Den Kit Company was founded by two ex-primary school teachers and Forest School Practitioners with a passion for outdoor play. They have a whole range of kits and activity bundles to appeal and, what’s more, they are ethically sourced.

If you need an excuse to join in then Foraging with Kids is a great, practical book to work through together. Beautifully illustrated, the projects are based around 50 easy-to-identify plants which are abundant in both the city and the countryside. Who knew you could make soap from conkers?

Plantable Children’s Books
From helping carrot explore the big wild world to building bridges with Basil, these stories are printed on paper containing seeds. Enjoy the story and grow real herbs and vegetables. It’s a win-win, but does need parental supervision! (£9.99)
