Q&A with Lisa Williams of Womanifest

How would you describe yourself (and what you do):

I am a vision board coach, specializing in helping women achieve their dream life. I also co-run Womanifest festival which is a festival for wellbeing and empowerment for women and teen girls.

What is your favourite thing about your life/career?

I love to have the flexibility to work when I choose, but the biggest joy is seeing other women shine in their power

How do you define wellbeing?

Wellbeing to me is filling your own cup so you can be the best version of you.

What is your advice to people who want to improve their wellbeing?

My advice would be to just start by taking 5 minutes out for yourself each day. This can be hard when we are juggling all the plates but it is worth finding those pockets of time just for you.

If you could choose to do/be anything for a day, what would it be?

I would be sitting on a beach, or in a spa refilling my cup.

What is your pet peeve?

My pet peeve is when women don’t support each other, there is enough to go around and women should stick together and support.

Do you have a family motto or life lesson you would like to share with us?

Yes believe in yourself.

Last book you read?

I am currently reading the ‘Let Them’ by Mel Robins

Last song you sang to?

Probably something from Take That
