My Top 3: Podcasts

In encouraging clients to go for a run, I often advise them to find a good podcast to get lost in. Here are some suggestions to get you started

#1 THE MIDPOINT with Gabby Logan

Relatable, light-hearted chats for those of us who don’t think or feel like we are middle-aged. Also comes with a healthy dash of familiar celebs.

#2 FEEL BETTER, LIVE MORE, Dr. Chatterjee

I really enjoy listening to Dr. Rangan. His guests are inspirational and offer great (and candid) insight into self-improvement and development. I love his well-rounded approach to health and well-being.

#3 FORTUNATELY, with Fi & Jane

This is my guilty pleasure every Friday. A bit of easy listening with some gentle sarcasm and wit (which is completely on my level). They  also have some interesting guests.

#4 THE HABIT COACH

Exercise ideally should become a habit. I like this podcast as applying good habits sometimes needs work and motivation. It has a wide variety of helpful information to help you change your habits. Just 5 minutes of easy listening ranging from sleep habits to movement.
