🌿 Ditch the dry dusting:
Dusting with a dry cloth just stirs up allergens. Use a damp cloth or mop to trap and remove pollen from surfaces – and go easy on harsh chemical sprays that could irritate your airways.

🛏 Wash it all – and often:
Your bedding, towels, and especially pillows can become a resting place for pollen particles. Wash regularly on a hot cycle to clear away allergens that hitch a ride indoors.

🐾 Tidy up your furry friends:
Pets are part of the family – but they also bring in unwanted guests on their coats. Regular grooming can help reduce pet dander and airborne pollen.

💨 Spray smart:
Avoid aerosols – their fine particles can inflame your lungs. Opt for gentler sprays or natural room mists instead.

🔥 Skip the smoke:
Candles, incense, and burnt toast (we’ve all been there) can all pollute indoor air. Use these sparingly, or try LED candles for cosy vibes without the haze.

🚿 Shower off the outdoors:
When pollen counts are high, change your clothes and jump in the shower after being outside. It’s a quick fix that stops irritants from following you around the house.
